The universal Basic education Board being a dynamic organization where constantly ways are being sort on how to improve Basic Education program. As such there is procurement exercise constantly going on to meet up with the challenges. This exercise requires a procurement management system to keep track of all transaction between the board and its contractors. We were contracted to deploy workclient and best automate the entire process. This was done successfully.

The technology to provide project execution status of all present and pass project is within reach. A web base application with capability to track and report on where and what you are spending money on. This was successfully done with features as follows;

As a web application multiple computers can access the information they need or wish to enter. It to provide a comprehensive database for all projects and their status of completion.

It is on this that training was conducted for the Directorate of planning research and statistics, Department of works and the department of finance. The software is currently in use.
